Amanda Benedict

I am an Attorney and an Athlete in San Diego, California.

I love riding along San Diego's roads & trails and experiencing all that Southern California has to offer.

I started my law firm so that I could meld my love for cycling with my love for legal advocacy while continuing on with my appellate practice.

Part of my legal practice is focused on representing cyclists who have been involved in accidents and advocating for increased awareness of bicycle safety issues in San Diego.

The other part of my practice is focused on appellate advocacy and providing legal research and writing services to attorneys across the nation.

Prior to starting my own firm, I worked for several years as a staff attorney at a non-profit law firm that administered the appointed counsel program for the Fourth District Court of Appeals.

When I am not blogging, riding, writing appellate briefs, or working for her cycling clients, I donates my time to cycling advocacy organizations, clubs, and races.
